- 16 years as Founder & CEO of Kingstad Meeting Centers with 5 locations in the Pacific Northwest
- 6 years as Consultant to Meeting and Event Planners
- 5 years as Project Manager for a variety of conferences
- CEO of two Destination Marketing Organizations/CVBs
- Technology advisor to independent hotels, resorts and conference centers
